How does it work

CLUB FORUM 1  =  Meeting Point for people interested in an ESPADEVIDA-community  location

                                              informal "Round Table Meetings/ONLINE ROUND TABLES" 

For neutral introducing, just to show first general interest in a location and to see which further people are interested may be to live in an apartment or house in this same ESPADEVIDA project location.

•After about 50% reservations (depending on project and location), Club Forum2 (Neighbourhood Meetings) will open for further procedures.

•In case of a "Builder Guided Bottom Up Development": 

coordination of the Group expansion marketing to maximize the expansion speed of a private community Group in cooperation with a well established, solid regional Estate Office and the ESPADEVIDA-Club Forum Manager for a project and region. The actual offered ESPADEVIDA APARTMENT GALLERY in Spain/Costa de Almeria for an example is "Builder Guided".   

In case of a "Private Guided Bottom Up Development" where interested private people want to start a complete community project establishment by their own - depending on situation - various ESPADEVIDA services can be offered, if a minimum number of interested private people is already existing. Depending on location and region, in special cases an individual ESPADEVIDA consulting & Club Forum package can be offered.
