How does it work

•    Community project realizing period ( Building-procedure incl. ESPADEVIDA community Club establishment) 

•    Coordination of all Partners (private community people  &  in the business involved companies)  during:

                               I)  individual contract preparation, planning, financing & building procedure up to completion

                                 various contract-and financing possibilities   (purchasing, SEGUDEVIDA, long term renting )

                                II) Establishment of an ESPADEVIDA Club for this location with individual club services preferred by the                                            community and induction with handover of activities to the future "ESPADEVIDA Club Manager".

• "Club Forum Management" ends its activity as soon as a project has been realised and the above-mentioned points have been completed.

If then someone from the private community Group maybe is interested to overtake the constantly in future running Club Manager position, the Club Forum Manager will finish his position at this location. If no one from the community is interested to overtake this new Club Manager Position, which is starting just after completion of a project, then the regional ESPADEVIDA Club Forum Manager will arrange also the further Club Management by suggesting, positioning and involving an external regional partner for a certain period, what still later can be decided from the community to change.
